Dessert is by far my favourite meal of the day. Oh my lord I have sugar cravings. Put a bowl of the best pasta in the world in front of me and a freddo frog? It will be the freddo every time.
I wanted to share with you my all time favourite dessert. Well one of them. I thought this would be the perfect time to share this recipe as my international readers are heading into the colder months and us Aussie/NZ readers have the last chance to embrace the cozy weather before it starts getting scorching. I personally think you can eat this delight at all times of year, but others might disagree.
Anyway, introducing the wonderful sticky golden syrup pudding. This beauty melts in your mouth. It is so warming from the inside out it is honestly the biggest hug of food one can get. I personally am not the biggest fan of ‘wet’ desserts. Custards and similar consistencies just aren’t my jam. On the contrary, this is the perfect combination of fluffy and stickiness.
